These Terms of Service govern your use of fromthefamiliar.com and purchases from From The Familiar, LLC (“From The Familiar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Digital Products

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, products sold by From The Familiar are digital downloads.

Purchasing a digital product does not include a physical planner, paper, binder, rings, discs, accessories, printed materials, or other physical items unless expressly stated in the product listing.

Each product listing describes the files and formats included with that purchase. You are responsible for reviewing the product description, file formats, page sizes, printing information, and other specifications before purchasing.

Personal-Use License

Purchasing a digital product from From The Familiar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own personal use.

You may print copies of purchased files for your own personal use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying designs, artwork, layouts, written content, graphics, branding, or other intellectual property.

Unless we expressly provide written permission, you may not:

Resell or redistribute the digital files
Share the files with another person
Upload the files to file-sharing websites, groups, marketplaces, or other distribution platforms
Give copies of the files away
Sublicense the files
Sell printed copies of the files
Use the files to create products for commercial sale
Reproduce or modify the files for commercial distribution
Claim the designs or files as your own work

Purchasing one copy does not grant a license for use by multiple individuals, businesses, organizations, or clients.

Printing & Third-Party Printing Services

Digital products may include printing instructions or recommended settings.

Printed results can vary depending on your printer, paper, software, device, print settings, and third-party printing service.

From The Familiar does not control third-party printing services and is not responsible for their pricing, policies, equipment, production errors, color variations, trimming differences, or other printing results.

You are responsible for confirming that your chosen printer or printing service can produce the format you intend to use.

Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including their contents, dimensions, formats, and intended uses.

Colors and visual appearance may vary depending on your screen, printer, paper, ink, and other equipment.

If a purchased digital product is materially different from its description or cannot be accessed or used as provided, please contact us so we can address the problem in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices & Orders

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice before a purchase is completed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description, or technical errors.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, technical errors, violations of these Terms, or other legitimate business or legal concerns.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, any refund owed will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Returns & Refunds

Digital purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Because downloadable files can be accessed and retained after delivery, digital products are generally final sale once delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions may apply when we cannot provide the purchased product in usable form or when applicable law requires another remedy.

Intellectual Property

From The Familiar, The Familiar Daybook, associated branding, logos, product designs, layouts, graphics, written content, downloadable materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to From The Familiar and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

The personal-use license described above is the only license granted unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website, products, or services:

For unlawful purposes
To violate another person's rights
To interfere with the operation or security of our website
To distribute malicious software or harmful code
To improperly obtain or misuse customer, business, or website information
To infringe From The Familiar's intellectual-property rights
