From The Familiar sells digital products delivered electronically. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped.

Digital Products Are Generally Final Sale

Because digital files can be accessed, downloaded, and retained after purchase, purchases of digital products are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or made available for download.

Please review the product description, included file formats, page sizes, printing information, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing.

Problems With Your Files

We want you to receive the product you purchased in usable form.

If a purchased file is corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, or materially different from what was described in the product listing, please contact us at thefamiliardaybook@gmail.com.

We will make a reasonable effort to provide a working replacement or correct the problem. If we are unable to provide the purchased digital product in usable form, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

Change of Mind & Printing Costs

We generally do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind after the digital files have been delivered
Accidental purchases after the digital files have been delivered
Differences in personal printing preferences
Printer compatibility issues when the provided printing instructions were not followed
Costs charged by a home printer or third-party printing service

Customers are responsible for reviewing the included printing instructions and confirming that their chosen printer or printing service can produce the selected format.

Duplicate Purchases

If you believe you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us promptly. We will review the orders and work with you to resolve the duplicate purchase when appropriate.

Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a different remedy, From The Familiar will comply with those requirements.
