Digital Products

From The Familiar currently sells digital products. Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped and no shipping charges should apply to your purchase.

After completing your purchase, your digital files will be delivered electronically using the download method provided during or after checkout.

Accessing Your Purchase

Digital products are generally made available after payment has been successfully processed.

Depending on the product and checkout experience, access may be provided through your order confirmation, a download page, email, or another electronic delivery method.

Please provide an accurate email address when placing your order.

If you do not receive or cannot access your files, please check your spam or junk folder first and then contact us at thefamiliardaybook@gmail.com.

When contacting us about an order, please include the email address used for your purchase and, if available, your order number.

No Physical Shipment

Purchasing a printable planner, journal, insert, worksheet, or other digital product does not include a printed or bound product, paper, binder, rings, discs, accessories, or other physical materials unless the individual product listing expressly states otherwise.

Any photographs showing printed pages, planners, binders, rings, stationery, writing tools, décor, or other physical objects are intended to demonstrate or style the digital product unless the listing specifically states that those items are included.

Printing

Customers are responsible for printing digital products themselves or arranging printing through a third-party printing service.

Printing costs are not included in the purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please review the printing instructions included with or described in the applicable product listing before ordering printing services.

Future Physical Products

From The Familiar may offer physical products in the future. If we do, the applicable product listing and shipping information will identify the product as physical and provide any relevant processing, shipping, delivery, and return terms.

This digital-delivery policy should not be interpreted as shipping terms for a future physical product where different terms are provided.
